What started with our family in Jacksonville, NC has grown into a small cottage bakery dedicated to sharing the tradition of Italian-American cookies with our community. We make our cookies in small, handcrafted batches, using cherished family recipes and simple, high-quality ingredients.

Our cookies are more than just sweets — they're pieces of family history. Every batch carries the warmth of tradition, the joy of gathering around the table, and the memories that make food feel like home.

When you stop by for cookies, you see the smiles, the sprinkles, and the boxes tied up just right. But behind the apron, there's more than sugar and flour — there's family. 💕

the Bakery. was actually Meemaw's idea — a dream she wanted to build for her grandchildren. It was never meant to be just about cookies. It was about creating something her family could learn from, grow with, and carry forward.

Today, her grandchildren are part of it all — helping with marketing, handing out orders, and chatting with customers at pickup. Every detail, every smile, and every sprinkle of sugar carries her vision of building something lasting for her family and for the Jacksonville community.

KEEPING THE TRADITION IN EVERY BATCH

As a cottage bakery, we bake from home in small batches and prepare our cookies with the care that comes from making food for the people you love.

We specialize in Italian-American cookies, including Italian Rainbow Cookies, Butter Cookies, Anginetti, Almond Paste Cookies, Butterballs, S Cookies, and our Spiced Meatball Cookies.

We also offer assorted Italian cookie containers and Italian cookie gift trays for sharing with family, friends, coworkers, and guests.

Through our scheduled cookie drops and local pickup, we're able to bring fresh-baked Italian cookies to our Jacksonville community while continuing to grow this family dream one batch at a time.
