How can I buy your cookies?
the Bakery. will be offering cookie drops — special preorder events where we bake a set number of fresh assortments. Customers will be able to order directly through our website once it goes live, then pick up their cookies on the scheduled date. Do you ship cookies?
At this time, the Bakery. is local only and does not offer shipping. This may change in the future, but for now all orders must be picked up in Jacksonville, NC.
Do you take custom orders?
While the Bakery. is focused on traditional Italian cookie assortments, we are able to accommodate party and wedding platter orders when discussed in advanced. Please contact us directly to talk through your event needs and availability.
Do your cookies contain common allergens?
Yes. Most of the Bakery.’s cookies are made with wheat (flour), eggs, dairy, and nuts. They are produced in a kitchen where other common allergens may also be present, so we cannot guarantee they are free from cross-contact. If you have food allergies or sensitivities, please use caution.
Are your cookies made fresh?
Absolutely! All of the Bakery.’s cookies are baked fresh in small batches with simple, high-quality ingredients.
Will you ever be at events or pop-ups?
For now, we’re focused on sharing cookies directly from our home bakery.
